  Now our middle school students are under too pressure. We have to do many lessons at school and join all kinds of training classes in our spare time. We often feel tired. So it is necessary for us to rela ourselves, or we won’t have enough energy to study our lessons well.

  Most students like doing sports, such as playing balls, climbing mountains and taking a walk . Listening to music and going to the movies are also good ways to relax.

  But I often have a good sleep to relax myself. I often feel very energetic after a good sleep.

  Not only adults but also we students often feel stressed because we have too much homwork to do and we have to take lots of exams. So we should think of ways to relax ourselves. I learn some ways from the English Online. They are watching TV, playing compute r games and doing sports. I think doing sports is a good way for us to relax and keep health. But watching TV or playing computer games too much can cause short-sighted. So in my opinion, watching TV or playing computer games is not a good way to help us relax.

  As for me, I often play ping-pong after class and listen to music before I go to bed. Besides, I often chat with my friends. I find the ways really helpful to both my health and my study. So I hope they can help you.

  The way to relax ourselves
